At this time all international tours have either been postponed or postponed due to the Coronavirus.

The governments of Australia and New Zealand plan to open the corridor for free travel from segregation.

New Zealand Cricket Chief Executive David White spoke to Cricket Australia (CA) partner Kevin Roberts on the issue.

The governments of both countries are also considering a plan to start the journey without quarantine.

White told the Sydney Morning Herald,

“I have discussed this with Kevin Roberts. If it happens, the series between the two countries will be good.

He also said,

“It will provide many opportunities for the future, but I think the key is to keep our minds open and be ready for change so that we can cash in if the opportunity arises”

He said,

“We have not talked about anything specific. The issue we have talked about is only on the possibility of playing with each other and we are only talking about it at the moment”

“It will give some opportunities going forward, but I think the important thing is that we keep our mind open and show flexibility so that we can take advantage of it when given the opportunity,” he said.

The Australian team’s England tour in July hangs in the balance.

Apart from this, the Australian team does not have much cricket.

Australia will not get a chance to play cricket this winter amid fears that the Indian Premier League will be postponed indefinitely, the cancellation of Bangladesh’s Test tour and the limited-overs England tour in July.

Picture is also not clear over the T20 World Cup to be held in Australia in October-November.

New Zealand’s domestic international season is also under threat in which Pakistan and West Indies have to come for the Test series and Sri Lanka for limited overs matches.
